Hello, world — rebuilding my portfolio from zero

Why I rebuilt this site, the stack behind it, and how every post is assembled from blocks.

Welcome to the new home of my work and writing. This site was rebuilt from scratch — every section, project and post you see here lives in a database and is managed from a private admin panel.

The stack

  • Next.js App Router with server components and server actions
  • Drizzle ORM on libSQL — SQLite locally, Turso in production
  • Motion and Lenis for the transitions and smooth scrolling
  • A custom WebGL shader behind the hero
